Placing an Order

Ordering at ELLIS & GRANT is easy:

  2. Click "Checkout". On the information page, enter your correct shipping and payment details and double-check everything.

  3. Choose a payment method and click "Complete Order" to finalise your purchase.

All payment options on ellis-grant.com are SSL-encrypted, ensuring a secure payment environment at all times.

No Cancellations

Please note that once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled. We process orders immediately to ensure speedy delivery, so be sure to review your order carefully before confirming.


Policy on Refused Parcels

By placing an order, you agree to our shipping and returns policy. If a parcel is refused upon delivery, the following charges will apply:

  • Restocking fee: A standard fee of 15% of the order value will be charged, with a minimum of £15. If 15% of your order is less than £15, you’ll be charged £15. If it’s more, the 15% fee applies.

  • Cost deduction: These charges will be deducted from the refund amount or, if applicable, invoiced separately.

Exceptions:
If the refusal is due to an error on our part, such as incorrect or damaged goods, no charges will apply. In these cases, we’ll either send a replacement or re-ship your order at no extra cost.
