You can return your order up to 30 days after receiving it, and we’ll make sure the purchase amount is refunded to your account within five working days of receiving the returned item.
Returning Your Order Is Easy – Just Follow These 3 Steps:

Request a return form via email.

Send your item back along with the completed return form to the address listed on the form. Make sure to use a shipping method with a Track & Trace code, so there's no confusion. As the sender, you’re responsible for the return shipment.

Get your refund. Once we’ve received your package, we’ll process your refund within 10 working days.

Incorrect item received?
If you’ve received the wrong product or variant, you do not need to send it back. We’ll send you the correct item free of charge.
Please note: Our return warehouse is located in Asia.
Faulty Item?
You don’t need to return a damaged or defective item, as we can’t resell it. Instead, we’ll either send you a replacement or issue a full refund.
If your item arrives damaged, please take a photo right away as proof that the damage wasn’t caused by you.
Here’s what to do:
Email us one or more photos of the faulty item for verification, and fill out the form at the bottom of this page to request a refund or replacement.
We reserve the right to refuse returns if the product shows signs of use or damage not caused by us.
Received the Wrong Product?
Ordered a specific variant but received the wrong item? You can request a new shipment using the form on this page.
Here’s what to do:
Attach a photo as proof and let us know which variant you were supposed to receive.
How Does the Return Process Work?

Register your return.

Send your parcel via a local post office and make sure to request a Track & Trace code. You are legally responsible for the return shipment. We may refuse your return if there is no tracking information.

Receive your refund. Once your parcel has arrived at our warehouse, your payment will be refunded within 10 working days using the original payment method.

Bank Transfer → Refunded to your bank account.

The item(s) must be complete.

The item(s) must be in original packaging and undamaged.

You’ll receive an automatic notification once we’ve processed your return and issued your refund. We aim to handle returns as quickly as possible.
